APPLICATION & ADMISSION PROCEDURES

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
QHS International College accepts applications, to the programs offered, all year round. However, international students are advised to apply as early as possible, since obtaining a student visa at the nearest Canadian Embassy or Canadian Consulate, in their home country, may be a lengthy process. Please contact the Admissions Office if you have any questions.
A completed Admission Application Form (click here to download).
Notarized copies of transcripts for the past two school years for Elementary School applications, or from Grade 7 to the most recent school year for the Secondary School applications.
Copy of the student’s passport; and
The $300.00 (CAD) non-refundable application fee.
Application fee can be paid in the form of Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, Visa/Master Card, Debit Card, Cash, Cheque and Money Order. Please refer to Fee Schedule for more payment details.

02.
REVIEW
When the school receives your application documents, the Admissions Office will review your application. If you are admitted, you will receive a Conditional Offer Letter with payment details. If you accept the offer, please make sure that you make the full payment before the offer letter expires. Please contact the Admissions Office if your Conditional Offer Letter has expired.
03.
ACCEPTANCE
Upon receipt of the full payment, the Admissions Office will issue you a Letter of Acceptance and a payment receipt for your Student Visa/Study Permit application purposes.
04.
VISA & STUDY PERMIT
Apply for a Student Visa/Study
Permit in the Canadian Embassy/Consulate.
05.
DEPARTURE
When a Study Permit or a Student Visa is received, please inform the school immediately. Admissions Office will send you the registration package and arrange for the airport pickup if required (available for Residence and Homestay students only).
